Need a way to easily top off your generator with gas during your next off-the-grid camping trip? This tray slides out of your RV for quick access to your generator so you don't have to crawl into your cluttered or cramped cargo compartment. When you need to add gas, pull the knob up and slide the tray all the way out. When you're finished, push the tray all the way back in until it's stowed away. The safety latch locks the tray in place, so it won't slide out while you're traveling to the next campsite. And to make sure your generator doesn't get banged up while you're traveling down the road, tighten the 2 included adjustable straps over it and secure them to the integrated slots on the tray.
This preassembled tray installs inside the storage compartment of your RV or motorhome. Making sure there's adequate clearance of the compartment door, bolt the tray down onto the compartment floor using the pre-drilled holes. Mounting hardware is not included.

I am using a 3500 Predator generator for my detailing setup, and the pull out does not stay pulled out unless the ground is slanted. I would of thought I locked in place. Also this set up does not bring the screws or proper hardware.

This generator slide out was exactly what I was looking for. My wife had bought a new generator for my race car trailer so now was the time to upgrade. The MORryde generator slide out is very heavy and seems very well built. Slides out and back in easily. The only thing that I would change is the length of straps that came with it. But that is really a non issue as I wasn’t buying this for the straps. It does not come with hardware to bolt it down but this is stated in the description. Each installation is different so again this is not an issue. Very pleased with the product and would recommend this to anyone.
Etrailer was great as usual with quick and fast shipping. The item works mostly as expected. The locking mechanism is not very reassuring. The included straps are way too short. I don’t think just for my generator, I’m not sure they would fit any model honestly.
This is the perfect solution to my issue with having to load and unload my generator by myself. I can now safely run my generator with the slide pulled all the way out. The quality is excellent and very well put together.

We have a Honda 3000 Gen Set that we use periodically so we wanted it easy to use or remove when we don’t anticipate using it. This tray was easy to install. We cut a hole in the base of the storage area to allow better air flow & ventilation for gas fumes and exhaust air movement
Reminder there is no hardware so you have to pick up carriage head bolts and hardware to install

This tray has worked excellent for our needs. I would recommend it to anyone.
Good stable platform for our generator, all night thing I would like to see a lock when it’s fully extended. We run our generator fully extended out keeping it cool and quiet.

We use a block to keep it extended. Would like to see some kind of a pin lock. Other than that it has been nice not to have to lift it in and out of the compartment when running the generator.
Thanks for keeping my informed as to my order status. I received the MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray - 25-3/4" x 26-1/4" in perfect condition. The weight of the item is 52 lbs. and is well built. It will be perfect for my Portable Onan 4500i Generator, which ways about 100 lbs. I haven't installed the tray yet, but it will work out perfect in the rear storage compartment on my 5th Wheel Trailer.

Overall condition of tray was received good… the slide of the tray is not as smooth as I would have liked… after putting on a little silicone spray is appears to be better.
Also, there was no mounting hardware included in the package… had to use my own bolts & nuts to secure to my bay floor.

I can see where that would be a bit troublesome. I reached out to MORryde about it. This tray does not have a lock in the out position. They had had people add blocking or a lock on their own to allow the generator to stay in place. I wish that I had an official solution to recommend for you.
