RackEm Trailer Cargo Organizers - RA-24

Shelf Kit for Enclosed Cargo Trailers by Rack'Em

Enclosed Trailer equipment racks feature a hook design at the top of the rack that allows them to hang from the metal frame runner at the top of the side walls on the trailer for added strength. They are predrilled so that they may be screwed securely to the wall. The unique and durable "Hammered" paint finish will last for many years.

Shelf height is adjustable
Designed for use with 12" wide shelving lumber (not included)
(3) Support rails and (6) shelf brackets are included
- Makes for (3) short shelves or (2) long
Additional brackets are available and sold separately in packs of 6 (# RA-24B)

rack were of excellent quality,better than expected. this is just what I was looking for.we do farmer's markets with cases and cases of homemade perserves with are just piled on the floor making it a real pain to find and restock these racks will organize everything in my enclosed trailer. great product,great value.

Are the Arms of the Side Wall Adjustable Shelf Supports # RA-24 Removable.
The arms of the Side Wall Adjustable Shelf Supports # RA-24 that stick out get bolted to the uprights of the system, but there's no reason you couldn't remove those bolts and the arms of the rack when needed. The included arms are 12 inches long, I wish we had a 24 inch long set that I could recommend for you but we do not. The only other option we have that I think could carry some wreaths would be the part # RA-11. You would need several of these though as they can only carry two wreaths.

What is the Capacity of the Side Wall Adjustable Shelf Supports for Enclosed Cargo Trailers
The 100 pound capacity is assuming you are using the 3 supports as a single unit. So it would not be per support it would be 100 pounds total.

How to Secure Shelf Boards to the RackEm Shelf Kit for Enclosed Cargo Trailers # RA-24
There is a hole at the back of the shelf bracket in the Rackem Shelf Kit for Enclosed Cargo Trailers, item # RA-24. See photo at right. This hole goes all of the way through the bracket and a bolt and nut or other hardware can be used to secure wooden shelves to the brackets. At the front of the bracket there is a hook that secures the shelf front to back and up and down. There may be a solution for you though the Traffic Cone Holder for E-Track or Rack'em Spare Tire Holder # RA-26 does not have a specific weight rating for one of the brackets. There are a couple options for you to consider like the CargoSmart Rotating Board Holder for E-Track and X-Track Systems # 3481740, which will require you to provide your own shelving. I believe this may have been what you were referring to by something like the cone holder with the bar laying flat in the bracket....

Can the Side Wall Adjustable Shelf Supports # RA-24 be Used for PVC and Iron Pipe
The Side Wall Adjustable Shelf Supports # RA-24 would work much better for PVC pipe organized than it would the black iron pipe. The issue with the pipe is the weight. Too much of it would be too heavy for this system. Using several of the Quick Fist Super Clamps, # QF20020, might be a better solution. Each clamp can support up to 50 pounds.
