Unfortunately not quite heavy enough built for what Im building. But the .625 5/8 pin version is. Very handy in 8 foot lengths.
My trailers factory ramp door's three short hinges on my car hauler were attached to the door by a thin mild steel angle frame, that failed under weight.
This replacement hinge looks like it could hold the ramp on for almost anything on tires without failing.

Very impressed with the quality this hinge. I had to repair my FlipBak tonneau cover. This hinge will provide superior security over the original piece of rubber that those tonneau covers use as a hinge.

3 stars, due to packaging. Ordered 3 inch by 72 inch piano hinge. Packaging tube arrived without hinge, cap on end was missing.Went to post office to see if they seen it and they did. Brought it home and is in working condition.

used cobalt drill bit drilled 4 holes in hinge on corners with paper to keep door space for future paint ,drilled holes in hinge only just touch wood ,undid 4 screws ,recessed wood with bur thing ,punched stainless hinge into wood, screwed in screws near flush ,very clean super price and strong ,thank you
Very well constructed as we needed a heavy duty weld on hinge and this was the only hinge in the market to meet our application.
