You don’t realize exactly how heavy duty this hinge is till you’re holding it in your hands. Probably a bit overkill for my ramp door replacement but I know it’s the last hinge I’ll ever have to install.

Very impressed with the quality this hinge. I had to repair my FlipBak tonneau cover. This hinge will provide superior security over the original piece of rubber that those tonneau covers use as a hinge.

3 stars, due to packaging. Ordered 3 inch by 72 inch piano hinge. Packaging tube arrived without hinge, cap on end was missing.Went to post office to see if they seen it and they did. Brought it home and is in working condition.

- What Lengths Are The Marlboro 6" Wide Continuous Hinge Available In? The 6" Wide Continuous Hinge we currently only carry in a 6' # MA52VR and 8' # MA32VR length. The 6' length is the shortest piano style hinge we carry for all the different width hinges. You can cut the hinge down to whatever length you need. You may need to peen over the hinge pin to prevent the pin from sliding out after you cut the hinge.

I recommend removing the pin and cutting each piece separately. When you place the pin back in you can use a hole punch to taper in the bottom pin holder just a bit so that it doesn't wiggle down with any road vibration.
