Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at the steel butt hinge. This is a nice sturdy, durable steel hinge that is gonna have this unplated mill finish. This can be either welded on or bolted on to help support your cabinet door or panel. This will be great for commercial or residential applications. It is gonna be very heavy duty for you.
You can see it is going to rotate 270 degrees for full opening and closing motion. A few measurements here. This is right at three inches wide by four inches tall. Our pin diameter here is 1/4 inch. The knuckle length there in the middle is right about one inch.
And this is made here in the USA, so you can trust it's made to the high-quality standards that we've come to know and trust, products that are made here in the US. So if you are needing to bolt this arm, it's a solid plate. So you will have to drill those holes, but it gives you the option to drill those in whatever pattern that's gonna work for you. The hinge at a good price compared to elsewhere.
It’s heavy duty and will handle the steel doors that I am welding to.
A few less stars the pin pean over was just ok and the edges need deburing.
