Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this steel butt hinge. This is a nice durable steel hinge with an unplated mill finish. This can be either welded on or bolted on to help support your cabinet, door, or panel. It's gonna be great for commercial or residential applications. It is very heavy duty.
Our overall width here is right at four inches. Our height is right at four inches as well. Our pin diameter is 1/4 of an inch. Our knuckle link here you can see is right about one inch long, and this does rotate 270 degrees for full opening. So it is going to give you lots of range of motion for you to open up and close any of those cabinets, doors, or panels.
It is made here in the USA, so you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the U.S. But if you are going to be bolting this on, you will need to drill some holes for those bolts to go through. The hinge at a good price compared to elsewhere.
It’s heavy duty and will handle the steel doors that I am welding to.
A few less stars the pin pean over was just ok and the edges need deburing.
