Today we're going to be taking a look at the Paneloc 5 Knuckle Butt Hinge. The 5 knuckle butt hinge lets your door swing open and closed. It's going to feature a non-removable pin with spun ends. It holds the leaves together and provides extra security. This is going to be perfect for use in vehicles and RV's where vibration occurs and could potentially knock a removable pin out of place. It's made from a sturdy steel construction. It's going to feature this solid mounting plate. These are ideal for weld-on applications. You could also drill through there and the unit could also be screwed down of riveted into place. When it comes to the dimensions going edge to edge this direction it's going to measure 2".
Edge to edge this direction also measures 2". That pin is going to have a diameter of 1/8" and then the plates are going to have a thickness of 0.060", which is very close to 1/16" thick. That's going to do it for today's look at the Paneloc 5 Knuckle Butt Hinge.
