Speaker 1: Today we're gonna take a look at the one-inched forged rotating D ring with the weld on mounting bracket. This'll help secure your load with confidence by using this rotating one-inch forged D ring. The D ring includes a weld-on mounting bracket, and it rotates easily to give you a variety of optimum strapping angles. The D ring itself features a C1045 forged steel construction, has a working load limit of up to 15,586 pounds. It is built to last for years of cargo control on the road. Again, the maximum load strength, breaking strength, is 46,760 pounds, safe working load limit is 15,586 pounds.
The ring diameter is once inch.A few measurements. The inner dimension of the ring, the inside, we're gonna do the height. I'm gonna pull it up here, and then from here to here. Put a ruler on it, you're looking at about three and three-quarter inches. The width inside, it's gonna be right at three inches.
It does use a weld through surface mount mounting bracket. You can just pull that out. You see that goes all the way through, just like that. This part is made in the USA, and one last note, you need to remember that D rings are not approved for overhead use. But that should do it.

- Can D-Ring of Buyers Products 1" Forged 360 D-Ring # 337B51 Still Move if WeldedThe two base pieces of the Buyers Products 1" Forged 360 D-Ring # 337B51 get welded to the mounting surface and to each other but the D-ring itself does not which allows it to pivot as needed. Basically once the base pieces are weld in place they trap the D-ring in the U-shaped slot which allows it be secure and also pivot.
