A few measurements to go over with you real quick. The available space internally, edge to edge, is about three inches by three inches. External measurements is about four and one-quarter by four and one-quarter, and then the bracket right here, edge to edge, going in this direction is around two and a half inches. I specifically purchased these D-rings as they are made in the USA. The pictures on the website show that the D-ring is embossed with USA on it. I am disappointed that the product I received does not have USA embossed in it. In the world of rigging (at least for overhead) if it doesn't say USA we do not use it. I double checked to ensure I received the correct product and product skew matches.
At the end of the day, these are oversized for my needs so they will work fine.
Quality USA parts. Work as they should at a competitive price.
This tie down is well made and heavy duty enough for the applications we needed it for. We would recommend this product and this company.
Yep. I asked if the D rings they show on line are the ones they're sending me as I wanted to be certain of the product being mfd. in the USA. Better forging material and proper heat treating. They sent what they said. They are being welded to 1/4 inch steel framing on a flatbed. Needed the 5/8 inch diameter as some serious loads require secure bullet proof attachment points. Prompt delivery. Been a customer several times with them. No disappointments.
product was delivered as advertised. But then, as soon as the order was made, I received an email letting me know that they "bumped" me from ground shipping to the next faster category without charge (who does that anymore?). The package arrived quickly, and in tact. Very satisfied customer.
Wish the would have shipped the products they had in stock and the rest when they got it in instead of waiting till it all was all in stock I ordered it so I could finish the fabrication on a work truck. they could have said they wouldn’t ship it till they had it all in stock if I had known I would have placed 2 orders
