This RV sanitation tee with double rotating valves is a part of your motor home's waste management system. The T-configuration combines the flow of wastewater from your gray-water tank and your black-water tank. And the valves can be rotated as desired during setup to make it easier to reach them. Connect your sewer hose to the 3" lug fitting on the sanitation tee and open the valves to drain your holding tanks.

Today we're going to take a look at the Valterra RV Sanitation Tee with the double rotating valves. This is made of a durable hard plastic construction. It is designed for a black water and a grey water connection. They call it a Sanitation Tee. The Tee design is how the tubing runs, you can see this way and that way. It does have a 3-inch bayonet end right here, and this is designed for use with the included bayonet cap that's attached, or it can be connected to a drain hose with a bayonet fitting. The bayonet fitting basically means, you can see it has the 4 pins right here, and on either the cap or the hose that you attach will either have 2 hooks or 4 hooks.
What you do is just put it over there, and then when you twist it, you'll notice that those hooks grab those pins and hold it in place, give you a nice secure connection. The 3-inch waste valve body right here is a Bladex design. It's used to open or close the tube opening. If you notice here, when I pull up on the handle it'll open it, push down, it'll close it. This is on the black water end. Now I'll have a 1.5-inch, on this end you can see, there's a 1.5-inch waste valve body also.
It is a Bladex design, it's used to open or close the tube opening on the grey water end. You can see, open it or close it. Both of those can be rotated, that's why they call this a double rotating valve. Basically what that means is when you go to hook up your tubing and your tubing hooks up in a way to where maybe one of these valve handles is in a location that you can't access, what you can do on either one of these is remove the nuts and bolts. When you do that, you can rotate that handle 90 degrees in different positions to where you can make that handle very easy to access.
They are rotating, you can rotate them. Now both valve bodies have metal valve shafts, you can see when we open them. There's the metal valve shafts, they do have plastic handles on each end. I do want to give you a few internal dimensions. We'll start on the black water end. The internal dimension right here is 3.5 inches.
Now on the bayonet end, go ahead and twist the cap off, and the internal dimension on that is going to be right at 3 inches. Go ahead and put the cap back on. Then on the grey water end, the inside internal dimension is going to be right at 1 and 15/16. That should do it for the review on the Valterra RV Sanitation Tee with the double rotating valve.

My 2013 27/20 Trailmanor camper had separate discharges for gray water and sewage and I bought this to combine both discharges. It works fine as it has in previous TrailManor models prior to them going to separate discharges.
The previous owner did some very odd plumbing. I don't think they ever heard the saying that 'stuff only runs downhill'. For some unknown reason they put a 45 deg angle on the exit pipes which turned the waste valves pointing up. This new waste valve and some new junction pieces was just the ticket to get my rig back and draining properly. Valve was easy to position and install.
Product works as intended, easy installation. If you are mounting on an older camper, beware that the manufacturer used steel bolts that rust. you don't want to snap off the plastic valve flange when installing. Other than that, product works beautifully.

Excellent. I would agree with George Jthe original bolts can be a problem if they are rusted mostly likely they aresome may need to be hacksawed off, so be careful. If you can get the old off cleanly, its a perfect fit as far as assembly and installation.

Did a replacement of my grey and black water stopper valves. The seal of the black tank started leaking. So I purchased the new one came fairly quick. It was easy to replace doing all the work myself. Only taking up one afternoon of my time. I’m liking the ease of operation. I’m very happy with it’s turn out. Thanks
Not quite what I was expecting based on the photos (1-1/2" inlet attached to 3" drain fitting slightly different than the old part) but it bolted up just fine, and as an added bonus the black tank 3" valve does not appear to leak like my old one did right from the factory.
I am extremely pleased with the waste value i ordered from etrailer. It arrived on scheduled delivery date. For some reason UPS transferred the package to my local USPS instead of delivering it themselves, so I did have to pick it up since it was to large for our mailbox.
My previous valve assembly was damaged when the temperature at Elk camp dropped below 20 degrees. This new valve bolted right on and stopped the dripping that was happening. The best part is that it survived the 2020 Elk camp!
The product was great. Even though I don't know about plumbing the description and video tell you the measurements. But I didn't realize the 3" pvc pipe for fit directly into it. And I needed a 2" coupler for the 1 1/2 side. But once I figured that out it was quick repair for my vintage trailer.
Had a blowout that wiped out the grey/black dump valves, along with a lot of other damage. This is a simple direct replacement for the 10 year old OEM installed valves. Saved lots of time & money. The rep at e/trailer (angela k.) was awesome to work with.
This was shipped very quickly, and the price was great. Comes with both the large and small "input side" flanges, which I didn't actually need because it was a replacement for an existing valve set, but then you get all the new screws and gaskets too. Simple to replace my existing valves, where were cracked and leaking from road abuse.
