Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra RV waste valve. This RV sewer Y combines an inch-and-a-half waste pipe and a three-inch waste valve. It can be used as a replacement part or upgraded part for your existing setup. The Y configuration merges the flow of waste from your black water tank and gray water line.The unit does feature a rotating valve. This offers easy access at the mounting location so you can simply rotate that to where you need it. It is able to rotate all the way around the unit for easy positioning and the best positioning for your system, so you can position the valve at the desired angle during the installation.

It does feature internal seals that ensure leak-proof performance.Right here it's going to feature the three-inch hub that slides over your RV's blackwater pipe, and it's going to feature the two-inch hub that slides over your gray water pipe. The bayonet-style cap covers the lug fitting when not in use. This is where you connect your sewer hose. That's a four-pin design. It works with a standard three-inch bayonet-style fitting.

It's also got the integrated tether strap that keeps the unit on there, so that way it does not get misplaced or lost. That cap has a seal on the inside to prevent any type of leaking.The unit is made from a durable black ABS plastic construction. When installing this, you will need to use some ABS solvent cement. This is a T handle, allows for easy operation when it comes to closing and opening the gate right there.A few measurements to go over with you real quick. Internal diameter right here, three and a half inches. Outer diameter on this connection point, three and a half inches.
