Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.
- If D = 2-5/8", then the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2"
- If D = 2-3/4", then the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-3/4"
- If D = 3", then the bolt pattern is 5 on 5"
- If D = 3-1/4", then the bolt pattern is 5 on 5-1/2"

Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Aluminum Hi-Spec Series 03 Trailer Wheel. This is a heavy-duty, 16 inch diameter by six inch wide aluminum trailer wheel. That's gonna be very durable, lightweight, and rustproof for you. This does have a 3,960 pound capacity.
As you can see, it's got eight of these bolt holes, and the eight on 6 1/2 inch bolt pattern. That's measured center to center, straight across from each other there. So 6 1/2 inches there for your inch or 1/2 inch by 20 wheel bolts. Now, this does use an improved clamp force technology that helps to keep your wheel securely in place and eliminate the need to constantly retighten your lug nuts. Our pilot diameter here is 4.9 inches.
That will fit over the hub on your trailer. This does have a Hi-Spec Series 03 design in that silver so it is going to be very unique and appealing. It'll give you a nice look on your trailer. The front and the back of the wheel are coated with a clear coat, and so it will hold up well for you. This does meet the Department of Transportation specifications so you can trust it is gonna be a good quality, will do a good job for you.

I needed a new aluminum wheel to replace one on my Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel. I checked with local RV dealers, large tire shops and a dealer specializing in large horse trailers. No one had what I needed. I turned to where I should have began ; etrailer. Not only did they have a rim the correct size, they had one that looked identical to the other three. Placed the order and three days later, it's in my driveway. Don't waste precious time looking all over town, Just Call etrailer. You'll be glad you did.

Hmmmmm, I put Michelin LTs on these and DILL TPMS, and I still think it kind of took a crazy amount of weight to get these balanced. It was so much they couldn't use a clamp on so now we wait for the stick-ons to fall off regularly...

I bought these wheels because my old steel wheels were starting to rust, and these aluminum wheels are styled kinda like the wheels on my truck. the finish looks nice. they are lighter than the steel wheels, and run truer (no wobble) than any of my steel trailer wheels. now I need to paint the hubs and put on new lugnuts to finish the look.

The wheels arrived with numerous scratches on the surface of the mag wheels, indicating they were not adequately packaged. Proper protective material should have been placed over the wheels to prevent them from moving and getting scratched inside the packaging.

These definitely add a touch of class. When we first got our travel trailer we purchased 4 wheels plus the center caps and lugs. After a couple years of travel, we decided to further upgrade. We had a welder create a high-mount spare tire carrier so we could put a cargo carrier in the bumper hitch and carry 2 generators in the summer. We just bought and mounted a fifth matching wheel for the spare tire so the we have a classy look even for someone behind us!

Wheels came quickly and look to be a well made product. Machining is first rate, polished nicely and clear coated. Only issue is they came with two stickers from the manufacturer on them and it's been very difficult to remove them with out marring the nicely finished coating. The wheels look really good on our airstream, and it's a nice upgrade. Over all other than the stickers a very good product.

Great value for an aluminum trailer wheel. I converted to 16" wheels from 15" using this wheel on my enclosed trailer. It has the same lug pattern as my OEM steel 15" wheel. Excellent finish and runs true hence very little weights required to balance wheel & tire. 7" rim width lets you install a larger tire with a higher load range rating. i.e. greater safety and tire life . I recommend this HWT wheel for trailer applications.

To be more accurate, I give the actual product 5 stars and the customer service 3 stars...
Ordered these wheels based on the great reviews and was happy to have them arrive 2 days later, especially since I was traveling without a spare in the mean time. The problem? They sent the wrong wheels. Talked to customer service and they said they would expedite shipping and to expect an email shortly with shipping confirmation. It never came. Called the next day and it turns out the first customer service person never put the 2nd order through... another day lost.
The new wheels finally arrived, though, and they worked out perfectly. Very nice quality and very reasonably priced. Would definitely order here again, but going to keep my fingers crossed that the order is shipped correctly first time out...
