Worked fantastic

by:

This is working great, no problems.

by:

Excellent as always.

by:

Just what I needed - quick shipping.

by:

Great service Carol, checked this morning correct part! Will be ordered more stuff soon!

by:

I purchased this item to replace the original equipment hose connection on our trailer as part of a recall on the propane regulator. This is an exact fit piece and was very easy to install.

by:

The product like others we have purchased in the past is excellent quality. Especially like that it was made in the US. We had an issue with shipping and Lori in customer service was especially helpful getting the issue resolved.

by:

There was three parts ordered they were what I had ordered and they went together very easily and work. The order was on time.

by:

Reasonable price, super speedy shipping and perfect fit. My only suggestion would be to show a ruler/ measurement on the product photo, confirming the diameter of the ends. The female end actually measures 3/4" inside diameter, which threw me off a bit when replacing my old hose. Had to run to Lowes with the hose to confirm my old hose was actually 1/2" female fitting.

The hose was an inch longer than the old ones. Was a bit of a trick to position the propane tanks so they attached cleanly and the bends in the hoses didnt rub on the cover while traveling. Otherwise, they have stayed in good shape and working as expected.

by:

I needed a longer hose to complete my conversion from single to dual tanks on my camper. The hose appears to be of good quality.
The staff at etrailer is great! Very helpful and courteous.
Will continue checking here first for my needs.

No complaints. The hose integrity is still good. No cracks or leakage.

by:

I love the web site. I could see a 360 view of the part and easily get all of its specifications. I was sure the ends were the right ones to fit my trailer. There was even a short video about the part. The price was very competitive and once I ordered the part, it was shipped right away. I chose the economy shipping and of course, the Post Office misdirected the package and it took 2 days longer than expected to arrive, but if I needed it faster, I could have chosen an express delivery for some additional cost.

I needed a replacement hose because rodents ate through my old hose. I wonder if this part is less palatable to rodents?

you might consider some of our wire loom # 39035. This is a 10 foot section of it, and it is 38 diameter so it should work for your propane hose, just cut to fit. Maybe if there is one more layer on there it may make it less appealing to the silly critters.

by:

Product looks great, installed it today. Was pretty hard to find and you had!

by:

Went on with no issues. Good quality. I replace regulator while I was at it. Should be done every 10 years

After 1 year still doing its job. The hose that connects to the nipple does not swivel which make it a pain to put on. Other than that Im glad I got ir.

by:

I purchased this hose to connect a 5 kw Honda gen set to a 12" (low pressure) propane regulator. This is the ideal combination of components for this application. The slightly larger hose is needed (1/2' vs. 3/8") to act as a reservoir given the lower pressure fuel supply. 3/8"mpt is a standard for the regulators.

A well constructed hose, ideal for the application.

by:

Product was as advertised. The only concern was the long delivery time, two weeks. That wasn't so horrible in and of itself, just that I buy a lot of items on line and most cases the delivery time is much shorter.

An interesting aside and no reflection on e trailer it turns out my ancient travel trailer (1969) had a different saw gas pipe where gas service enters he trailer, but the counter lady here in Tucson had the right adapter for 5 bucks. Which works out fine. I believe she said the trailer side is 1/2 inch pipe thread and the hose is 1/2 inch propane thread, but she had the adaptor so I'm a happy camper. Sorry for The t.m.i. Maybe next customer with ancient vintage trailer may benefit from my tale.

by:

I actually purchased this hose for a vacuum/pressure rig for casting resin in a pressure vessel. This hose was the only one I could find that had the proper ends to work with both the vacuum pump and the vessel, and it works perfectly!

by:

This product has been worry free for a year now, no cracks,no leaks,no problems.

No problems at all

by:

Fit the bill perfectly. Customer Service has been excellent!
Thanks Amy!

by:

etrailer is great. They have great product descriptions and review videos so that I know exactly what I am buying and how it will fit my needs
I recently received a propane hose from etrailer that had been mis-packaged and therefore was the wrong length. They quickly sent out a replacement hose and now I have what I need.
Thanks a lot to Bryan and the crew at etrailer.

by:

Just bought a used 5th wheel and hose was leaking and went to local rv repair shop and was out of hose. I ordered it and saved money and was delivered quickly and I would recommend them......

by:

I had to replace my previous hose because it was chewed through by squirrels, I replaced it with this hose and haven't had a problem. That's about all I can ask out of a gas hose.

by:

All a great company to deal with

by:

This propane hose is serving me well. No leaks or other problems one year after purchase. The length was also correct and fit perfectly.

by:

Great service and high quality merchandise. Those are the reasons I use etrailer for my parts.

by:

It is nice to get the hose I needed with the exact fittings so I didn't have to source adapters, etc. Good quality and fast service. What is not to like?

  • Recommendation For Propane Regulator And Propane Hose For 100 Gallon Propane Tank
What you need will depend on what you have. For a regulator, I recommend the Camco Horizontal 2-Stage Regulator, Item # CAM59333, or the Camco Vertical 2-Stage Regulator, Item # CAM59313. If your 100 gallon tank is an ASME that is generally installed in a motorhome then you will need a horizontal regulator like Item # CAM59333. If the tank is not installed in a motorhome then you will likely need a vertical regulator like Item # CAM59313. Both regulators maintain a constant 11 inch w.c....

MPT is a male connection with NPT threads (national pipe threads). They basically just drop the "National" portion of the name on these parts and replace them with the male or female designation. The MB Sturgis Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108221 sounds like it is exactly what you are needing for a replacement regulator.
