The quick-disconnect port on the other end accepts the male quick-disconnect plug on your appliance. Both hook up without the need for any tools. Simply snap the quick-disconnect fitting into the port and it will stay locked in until you release it. To remove the fitting, just pull back on the collar of the port to disengage the connection.

Worked as advertised. The hose connected perfectly to my Blackstone Tailgater. The quick connect fit perfectly into my propane outlet on my 2020 Starcraft autumn Ridge.

by:

I was able to place my camp stove further away from my RV in a more useful spot.

Works fine, it allowed me connect my gas stove to the outside gas on on RV, and long enough to move the stove to a better location

by:

Ten minute install replaced the hose and regulator on my Browning two burner camp stove with the Camco hose. Then hooked up the camco hose into the low pressure propane outlet on my travel trailer. Good flame on the stove no issues. Enough length on the hose to move stove to a safe distance from travel trailer.

by:

Use this to connect my Blackstone Tailgater to the RV quick-disconnect. No problems after a year of use but will probably replace it with a longer version just to give me more flexibility in positioning the grill.

by:

Knowledgeable and helpful!

by:

I wanted a way to connect our Pit Boss griddle directly to our RV. The threaded end of hose connects to the griddle, the male end connects on the RV. The 10' length is adequate.

We bought a new trailer in June 2022. It has an external port for adding a LP accessory such as a fire pit or BBQ. I purchased several hoses and fittings from another source (and had to return), thinking they would work to add on an outside Propane fire pit or my Propane BBQ. None of the fittings would go in to the quick connect adapter, even though the descriptions indicated they would fit. This hose fits the Quick connect source on the trailer! What I discovered is that the fittings can be brand specific. The trailer fitting is made by Sturgis. This hose is also made by Sturgis, and they fit together wonderfully!

by:

I ordered a replacement hose for the low pressure, quick disconnect outdoor stove for my trailer. It was out of stock and they did'nt think it would be in stock in time for my trip in early June, however they expedited the shipping and I had it in time. It works perfectly.
Thank you.

I have used this hose on every outing since I received it and it works perfectly. I made a two way splitter for my rv grill port and now I can grill and use my outdoor stove at the same time. Thanks etrailer.

by:

I had a Members Mark portable grill from Sam's Club. The hose that came with it had an end on it for a standard propane tank. I wanted to be able to use the port on my travel trailer. This was the perfect replacement hose.

Working great! Still looks like new.

by:

I purchased this hose for connecting a low pressure griddle to the outlet on my 5th wheel. Now I don't need to buy a hose with a pressure regulator in order to use a portable LP tank. Works great.

Gene M.

5/23/2020

Still works great.

by:

Hard to review a product that I haven't used yet. The hose looks first quality. It was cheaper by far here on etrailer than anyplace else I could find. Shipping was prompt and it was well packaged. It is just what I am looking for. I'll give it a 5 or I'll lower my rating after I use it.

After a year of use I would upgrade my review to 5 star. Works great. No problems with it at all.

Just what I needed
Works great for my
Blackstone tailgater

Richard

Still works great except I now have a CAMP Chef instead.

by:

Everything went perfect start to finish. The review I saw on line was very helpful when I was looking for a way to hook up the black stone tailgater to my on board propane.

by:

The propane outlet on my pop-up initially would not slide back to complete connection, but bit of silicon spray allowed connection to work. It also screwed into my Camp chef oven/stove combo, so I can in future trips dispense with propane throwaway canisters.

Thanks much.

Harry

Perfect item for my Rv. Allows me to use the quick connect on the Rv and saves me from having to carry along Propane tanks.

Great

by:

Used the quick release propane hose to tap into my trailers provided propane attachment. Fired up my 4 burner outdoor Denali stove. Worked perfectly all week while camping at New Brighton Beach near Capitola Ca! I no longer have to haul around an extra propane 5 gal. tank to operate my outdoor kitchen. Great Value!

by:

Lots of campgrounds and parks no longer allow real fires anymore, so we bought a 24” propane fire pit. It only came with a 5’ propane hose and it had a regulator on the end with the giant nut to connect it to another 20 lb propane tank. This is elEXACTLY what we needed to add a small propane fire pit to our RV. Plugs right into the quick connect to use the propane from the RV ( instead of dragging around another propane tank). With this hose, our fire pit is 10’ away from the RV, which puts it in the middle of our seating area.

GREAT PRICE, easy to install, works well!

by:

Product arrived quickly and fit perfect ly.

by:

This fit my Lance trailer remote gas outlet. I will now fit it to my Coleman LXE

It makes camping much nicer. Still works great

by:

Flow rate is perfect for my Travel Trailer which already has a regulator. I completely removed the Blackstone Tailgater propane hose and regulator that came with the Blackstone Tailgater, and used this to connect to the trailer. Great quality hose and brass connectors!

by:

We looked all over to get a propane line to connect our grill to the one on our new RV. After multiple trips to RV dealers etc. we searched online and discovered etrailer with their very reasonable prices. Wish we would have checked them out first!! Very satisfied with the connection and can't wait to try it out while camping. So much better then hauling the propane tank with us. Thanks etrailer for you help!!!

by:

I received this hose on time and in good condition. The quick connect fit my trailer and it only took a few minutes to attach the hose to my Camp Chef fire pit. Good fit, no leaks. I've only had this hose a week, so can not give it more than 4 stars until its been used for a season.

by:

Second one of these products that I've purchased through etrailer, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality from MB Sturgis. Also, the *free* shipments always seem to reach my Mid-Atlantic destination in 3-4 days!

The in-depth reviews and detailed information about this item supplied by the etrailer team are unparalleled, and extremely useful in sorting out the vast array of fitting combinations available for these types of products.

Way to go, etrailer! You've got a customer for life!

  • Recommended Quick-Connect for Blackstone Tailgater
According to Blackstone, the fitting that comes out of the gas knob is a male 3/8" inverted flare so I recommend using the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose - 120" Long # 100304-120-MBS. The MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Adapter Fitting - Male Model 250 x 1/4" MPT # 401132-MBS or the Camco Quick-Connect Kit for Low Pressure Propane Systems - Valve and Full Flow Plug # CAM59853 will adapt a 1/4" NPT hose to provide the functionality of a quick-disconnect system.

  • Which Quick Connect Hose for RV with 3/8 Inch Female Inverter Flare On Appliance End
It sounds like you might need the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose - 120" Long # 100304-120-MBS which has a 3/8" female inverted flare on one end and a quick connect on the other. I'm a little confused though because a quick connect fitting won't be threaded. If that's not the hose you're looking for, and can let me know what you're trying to connect to the quick-connect port, I can help you locate the hose or fitting you're looking for.

  • How To Remove Regulator on Propane Grill and Attach It To RV with Quick Connect
The propane regulators typically use a 3/8" female flare fitting for the accessory side. Therefore, if you are left with a 3/8" male flare fitting once the regulator is removed then you can use the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose part # 100304-120-MBS to attach it to a quick disconnect port on the RV.

  • Parts to Connect Blackstone Griddle to RV Propane Supply
As you noted, you can't have the propane supply going through two regulators as it would not supply the correct pressure that your griddle needs to function properly. It doesn't look like the the propane regulator on the 36-inch Blackstone griddle is removable; therefore, you have two options. The first option you have is to not use the quick disconnect port on your trailer and instead tap into the propane supply before it goes through the regulator with a combination of the MB Sturgis...

  • Parts Needed To Add A Quick Disconnect Fitting To An RV Grill
Since there aren't double male quick disconnect hoses available the only way to have a quick disconnect at both the grill and RV would be to have a male quick disconnect fitting on the grill like part # 401132-MBS and use a hose like part # 37207-31235. To do this you'll need to connect part # CAM57633 to the 3/8" male flare fitting on your grill to get the swivel function you're looking for. From there you'll need to use part # 37207-30225 and can then add on the quick disconnect # 401132-MBS....
