MB Sturgis Propane Fittings - 100019-144

  • Pigtail Hoses
  • 12 Feet Long
  • 1/4 Inch - MIF
  • POL - Male
  • MB Sturgis

Pigtail hose connects your RV's propane tank to a 2-stage regulator. Can also be used to hookup an auxiliary tank to a T-fitting inlet such as the Sturgi-Stay so you don't need to break camp to resupply.

Features:

  • Pigtail hose lets you connect a propane tank to your RV's 2-stage regulator
    • Replaces a worn out or damaged supply hose
    • Usable as a fill hose to connect to a T-fitting to a backup tank
    • Pairs well with a Sturgi-Stay (103602-MBS - sold separately)
  • Male POL fitting connects to your ASME tank or propane cylinder
  • Male inverted flare hooks into 2-stage regulator or adapter
  • Durable thermoplastic hose and brass fittings approved for LP gas only
    • Rated for high pressure and high flow rate to handle unregulated propane
    • UL569 and ANSI Z21-81 certified
  • Made in the USA

Specs:

  • Temperature range: -40 F to 140 F
  • Hose dimensions: 144" long x 1/4" inner diameter
  • Hose fittings:
    • POL tank connection
    • 1/4" Male inverted flare
  • Maximum pressure rating: 350 psi
  • Maximum flow capacity: 500,000 Btu per hour
  • 1-Year limited warranty

While this fill hose is typically used in conjunction with a Sturgi-Stay T-fitting (sold separately), it can also be used to connect your dual-cylinder propane setup to the regulator on your RV. It is important to note that this hose does not have a back-check to contain a gas leak. Therefore, when used as part of a dual-cylinder setup, it is not RVIA compliant. A backflow check valve is needed to prevent a major gas leak if one inlet is not connected or has a faulty connection. Both tanks in a dual tank system require check valves. An adapter fitting that includes a back-check (204120-MBS - sold separately) can be used to make your changeover regulator RVIA compliant.

by:

The product was as i ordered, no problems. The price was excellent.
I don't have any complaints.

by:

works perfect!

by:

Thats what i need

by:

Exactly what I needed.

by:

My order came so quickly. I enjoy get parts for our camper from etrailer. People say can't get parts anywhere, and then look up on etrailer, and there it is.

by:

Product works great...only needed to buy a replacement due to it getting chewed by some critters. Used to hook a supplementary propane tank to our motor home.

by:

Just a quick note to say I'm very happy with this fitting! Have a small propane compartment on my 2013 Itasca Sunstar 35F and all of the other brands of extended stay/inch fittings were too long to fit between tank and regulator. This Sturgis fitting is just enough smaller to fit perfectly! Thanks for the advice.

by:

everything that i've bought from etrailer - say during the past 10 years - has been as expected. i sell auto parts like Hitches and parts for them and have bought trailer parts and travel trailer parts . all were well made and received as described. so, i'm a happy camper . . .

by:

Great service, fast delivery ,great product, will not hesitate to place other orders.

by:

I was looking all over for this LP gas extension hose. Found it on on etrailer, and price was lower than the few other places that had this hose. Shipped quickly. Worked great.

by:

I put it away when I needed it I could not find it but I just found it yesterday isn't that timing well it looks great and now maybe I can use it thank you

by:

I ordered several items to hookup my generator to Propane, the parts were easy to find on the website, price was good and delivery was prompt. Can't ask for better service and quality of product.

by:

The hose is high quality and we'll made. I actually wanted a longer hose than one so I only gave it 4 stars- however this was the longest I could find on any of the sites. I like the fact that it has the POL fitting with a rubber O ring that gives a very positive seal at the tank. Would recommend to others. Would buy from this supplier again.

by:

The type of hose I was looking for

by:

Th only place that had the hose I needed & at less than most others wanted for their short hoses. Good quality and pretty fast shipping.

by:

Just what I needed to be able to hook up a bigger propane container..Arrived on the date and hooked up and using . Will be back for more products as we need them

by:

Kathryn was extremely helpful. Thanks!! !!

by:

Easy ordering (in the USA too) Fast delivery and quality product for WAY less than the others!

  • Is The GasStop Emergency Propane Shut-Off Available With A Longer Hose?
The GasStop # GS87FR comes with an 18" hose and this is actually the longest hose they offer in this setup. What you can do instead is use the GasStop Emergency Propane Shut-Off Valve Gauge - POL Connection # GS84FR, and then get a longer hose separately. As far as hoses that will work with the GasStop and have a 1/4" male inverted flare, we have two lengths available: 5 feet long # 100019-60 12 feet long # 100019-144 The only downside of doing it this way is the pigtail hose will not...

  • Quick Disconnect Gas Fitting To Connect Turkey Fryer to RV
Thank you for sending these additional pictures. It appears that the hose with fittings, that you have, are designed to connect directly to a 20 pound propane tank. Therefore, on one end you have a large Type-1 connector to attach direcly to the 20 pound tank, then it goes through a propane regulator, then through a length of hose and on the other end is a swivel connector of some size, then into a reducer bushing, then into (what looks like) a tiny carberator jet. So, first, your RV...

  • Recommended Extra Long Propane Hose for 100 Lb Tank and Gas Stove Hi, Im writing to inves
I do have some options for you but the longest hose we offer with a POL fittings is 12' like the MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail Hose part # 100019-144 which has a 1/4" MIF on the other end. I am not sure what type of fitting the gas stove requires but you'll need to find this and possibly purchase an adapter to go from this to the 1/4" MIF on the above hose. I have attached our full list of hoses below as well.

The requirements for your outdoor range will dictate the correct regulator.
