Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Redline Linchpin. Now this linchpin has a really simple operation. You're just going to insert this three sixteenths of an inch in diameter pin through the pinhole, and then rotate the ring down to secure it in place. And let me go ahead and open this up and give you the measurement of the usable pin length.

So retrieving my ruler here, measuring from the base of that collar. As you can see, the spring is, I got very good action there, really tight. We're sitting right at one and three eighths inches on that usable length. And again, this is three sixteens of an inch in diameter. And as I mentioned, this is going to close very securely on the pin.

The pin portion itself is constructed of a low carbon steel and the ring portion is constructed from hot drawn spring steel. And this linchpin features a zinc plated finish that's going to resist rust and corrosion. Well that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
