Great step and I was super impressed by the strength it has. I was rear-ended by a big F350 truck and this step went right through the F350's bumper and grill and cracked the engine block, and the step stool looks new hahaha.
Item arrived earlier than expected, shipping box was tore open on both sides and receiver step was sticking out of box, no packaging inside of box especially for such a heavy item. Paint has been scrubbed and knocked off the item from being out of the box but is still useable so I will keep, just disappointing to receive new item that looks like it’s been thru a war
Looks like a very well built piece of equipment. Gets the tow ball out behind the tailgate of my 2017 Ram 2500 to allow me to tow a travel trailer with the tailgate down. Actually spoke with Buyers (the manufacturer) before purchasing from etrailer. Given all of the great information I have gathered from the etrailer.com for free, I felt compelled to give them my business.
I said I needed my Hitch Extender w/step ASAP! and got it in three days free ship.This is a heavy stout piece of work and built well!I still work my 1966 1ton truck and this will help get up on the flat bed and extend the trailer out for easy maneuvering.THANKS
As advertised - well made, including the finish work. I will add non-slip strips to the top for extra footing in wet weather. And etrailer was fast and professional as usual.
