Hi, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this draw-tite reducer sleeve. This is going to slide into your three inch by three inch hitch receiver opening on your truck and it's going to reduce that down to a two and a half inch by two and a half inch opening. So you can mount your two and a half inch accessories like your bike racks, cargo carriers, ball mount and that sort of thing right in there. It's gonna be nice and snug, you're not gonna have to worry about it wiggling around or anything like that. This is a nice heavy duty reducer sleeve, so it is gonna be very stable and secure.

It's not gonna diminish your towing capacity or anything like that. Now this will secure onto your hitch, with the three quarter inch hole back here. So you can just slide your pin and clip or locking pin in place there and that's going to keep the reducer sleeve mounted onto your hitch and then our pinhole at the front here is a five eight inch diameter so your standard five eight inch pin can work in either one of those, again locking pin to hold your accessory onto the reducer sleeve. If you don't have a pin and clip or an extra pin and clip like you're gonna need here or any of those locking pins, we do have those available here at etrailer.com, available for you. This is going to stick out a little bit further because your pin hole is back here for your hitch, and then this is gonna stick out a little bit beyond that.

So from one pin hole center of one pin hole to the other it's right about five and a quarter of an inch to give you a kind of an idea of how much it's gonna stick out there for you, overall length, right about 10 and a half inches. You can see, we do have the collar on the front here this is gonna give it a little bit more stability and kinda give it a nice clean finish. That collar is right at a three and 13 sixteenths square. So should do a really good job for you making sure that you can still use those two and a half inch accessories on your three inch hitch. This is a nice sturdy metallic construction.

So like I said, it's going to be very durable for you you're not going to lose any weight capacity, it's also going to have this black powder coat finish on it that's going to help resist rust and corrosion, so it should last you a nice long time. You're probably not gonna need this permanently installed, I'm guessing that you'll want to just install this when your putting on those smaller accessories and then remove it when you want to put in your bigger accessories for your truck more of your heavy duty kind of towing applications. So when you're not using it, it's a little on the hefty side just because it is nice and sturdy, but should easily fit underneath a back seat of your truck or something like that. So that it's always on hand when you need it to reduce for those smaller applications. That's going to complete our look for today.
