I have a class V 2 1/2 receiver and want sleeve adaptor to reduce to 2 inch with extension of 4 plus inches thus total length 9 to 12 inches . I need to adapt a bike rack with 2 inch male end to my 2 1/2 receiver Please advise

The Curt # C45405 is a 2-1/2 to 2 inch receiver adapter that will give you a 2 inch receiver. Then for an extension that will give you an overall length of 12 inches, I recommend the Buyers Products # 3371804015.
It's important to note that when using the Buyers Products extension it will reduce your capacity by 33 percent.
