Brandon was a great help in getting me the straps and ratchets to secure my golf cart to the mad ramps. We travelled over 900 miles on some poor roads. Everything stayed tight and secure. Only issue was the size of the ratchets and straps made the use a bit of a challenge but it worked out. The hooks didn't fit the ramps so I used 2 axel straps to hook the wheel straps.1774887

I am preparing to buy a Mastertow Car Dolly and have viewed various instruction video's on how to load a vehicle onto the Dolly. The procedure is relatively easy how the straps provided with the trailer and the method in which to use them is both confusing and seemingly difficult to adjust and use. So as with other hardware that I've purchased from etrailer, that made my life easier and more specific to my vehicle and RV, I found the Erickson Straps (above pictured) and bought them. When they arrived, I adjusted them and pout them on to see how they worked...MUCH EASIER to use.

I 've found since buying our RV (Sep19), I'm better off going to etrailer first as they surpass ALL other vendors for RV related equipment, parts and pricing. Therefore, etrailer has been added to my "Favorites" list on my computer so I can get to their website and buy what I need instead of having to surf the Internet looking for specific parts and don't have to be concerned about about getting the wrong part or best price. I used to think I'd have to turn only to Camping World for parts and services. Not anymore since I found etrailer and will continue to go to etrailer to get the right part for the best price. Have been looking for a good strap to replace the ones on my MasterTow tow dolly. Factory straps are only for smaller wheels. Fine for my car (Pontiac Grand Am), but not so much for the wife's (Lexus RX350, which has 19 inch tires). Was pleased to find a good quality replacement at eTrailer.com.162880

Serves the purpose. Some fraying of the straps was occurring after about 2,000 miles of towing. Not to a point of critical failure though. I would replace them about every 3,000 miles just to be safe.309623

According to the Web Sling and Tie Down Association WSTDA, web tie down straps should no longer be used if tears, holes, snags, cuts or embedded particles are evident that could raise doubt about the tie down’s strength. They should also be replaced if the work load limit WLL information is no longer visible on the webbing.

No issues since the purchase and have been utilized on many occasions with different size tires.

Although these came a little later than anticipated, the people at etrailer kept me informed of the problems with delivery. They were more concerned about them being late than I was. Because of the service, the continued effort on their part, and the quality of their products, I will continue to check their site for products I want.
