  That handy-dandy tool you see in the videos is a trim panel tool. We have # PT73HJ as an option that you could use. I advise against using vice grips as it will tear up the pins. You could use a smaller claw hammer if available. A very small pry bar (crow bar) could work as well. I suppose you could wedge two spoons under it and pry it out that way. Depending on how tight they are you might bend the spoons. If you had a very flat wrench it might work the same as the trim panel tool.
