It works great. Our e-bikes are heavy and I'm getting older and this ramp makes it easy to load and unload our bikes when traveling with them.
This works perfectly with our Thule EasyFold bike rack. Helps getting the 50 lb e Bike of the F150
still hard to load the bike with the ramp, takes some playing with

This bike rack is perfect for fat tire ebikes. It is easy to take on and off and the lock mechanisms provides security for both bikes and the rack. We found that the ramp was superfluous as it took more effort to use it than simply lifting the bikes onto the rack. We have traveled all over with this system and it is both sturdy and stable.
The 36" ramp is too short. This ramp makes getting the bikes on and off the bike rack very easy.
Etrailer's excellent videos introduced me to the Thule bike rack which would hold our two heavy ebikes. We are very happy with our rack.
Could not ride ebikes remotely when loading alone
I am returning this item because it didn’t work for me. This was purchased for a 61 year old woman with ver little upper body strength and arthritis hands. She needed assistance with getting her 50 pound E mountain bike on a bike rack. It was not wide enough for her to roll the bike up onto the rack safely.

Sorry that this did not work out for her. If her tire is wider than 2.5 inches then this ramp will not work.
Thule carrier is very high on the back of our RV. Our ebikes weight 60lbs each so lifting them on is too difficult. The ramp that came with the carrier simply did not work, as ramp too steep. The extra-long ramp works very well and easy for us to rool bikes on to the carrier.
Great addition to our motorhome: THULE EastFold XT ebike rack with THULE Extended ramp and XXL Fatbike Wheel Straps. Easy install onto motorhome, however, took a few extra minutes to line up holders to our specific ebikes. Once done, everything is very secure with peace of mind!!!
Makes it super easy to roll my Ebikes on my rack
The product is great. Having it be the extra long length compared to the shorter one that came with the carrier is very nice- makes it much easier to load the bike. What I was most impressed with was the time in which they got the product to me. Thule said they were out of stock on it and had no idea when they would have it back in stock, [online] couldn’t get it to me for a month and etrailer got it to me in less than a week. Excellent service! I will always check here first if I need parts for my Thule bike rack
Looks very well made. I haven’t tried it out yet. Won’t fit in the Easyfold compartment for the existing ramp, but I’ll always have a ramp with the Easyfold in case I forget the extended ramp! Redundant but effective.
Item received is exactly as described. The longer folding ramp makes it easier to load onto the Thule EasyFold XT.
Larger bike tires needs carefully steering. Steady pushing pressure helps, with 65 pound bike. Aluminum ramp has just enough light weight strength.
expensive but works as advertised. the short ramp does not work for a ford explorer. there should be an option or exchange program from the manufacturer because the short ramp is just not going to work on many full size SUVs.
Outstanding follow-through on monitoring the manufacturer's back-log and getting the product ASAP.
Tyra was terrific in processing the changes to my order. She was incredibly thorough and precise making certain that I understood how the return would appear on my charge account. She followed up with emails as well!
Now I can load my bike on the rack without my husband’s assistance. Love it
Poor plastic quality, One plastc joint broke the first time we went to load our mountain bikes.

You mentioned that the plastic joint had broken when loading the bike the first time. I wanted to ask a few questions. How heavy are your bikes. Would you be able to send a picture.
This was originally ordered knowing it was an item that would take a long time to be back in stock. I was always kept in the loop, which I greatly appreciated.

I continue to utilize this extended ramp for onloading and offloading our e-bikes. This extended ramp has held up just fine over the past year with no apparent deterioration of the product
