Can the Thule Extra-Long Loading Ramp # TH933402 be Modified to Fit the Thule T2 Bike Rack?

I just bought a Thule T2 Classic rack for my ebike but am having trouble lifting my bike onto the rack @ 68 yo, its just a little too heavy!. Is there any way the above ramp could be modified to fit my rack? My husband is pretty handy!

I have a solution for you. The Extra-Long Loading Ramp for Thule EasyFold XT # TH933402 is only constructed to attach to the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202. The Thule Easyfold XT has slots below the platforms that allow the connecting piece of the loading ramp to fit into the rack. Unfortunately, the Thule T2 does not have that opening.
With that being said, I recommend the Thule Easyfold XT Bike Rack # TH903202 if you are having trouble with loading your e-bike onto your T2. The EasyFold XT already comes with a shorter ramp, but you can make loading even easier by purchasing the Extra-Long Loading Ramp # TH933402 to make loading even easier. The extra-long ramp has a total length of 53 inches compared to the shorter ramp's 36 inches. This is important because the increased length decreases the upward angle of the ramp significantly, which ultimately leads to easier loading. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the comparison of the incline between the two ramps to this answer. Also, since the EasyFold XT fits both 1-1/4 and 2-inch hitches, it will work with the same hitch that you use for the T2.
