Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at the Stromberg Carlson replacement bumper-mounting hardware. Now, this is going to replace the hardware that you use to mount your Stromberg Carlson bumper-mounted tire carrier to your bumper. And on your screen, I am including the model number of that tire carrier for your reference. And this is going to be used in conjunction with the tire attachment hardware that you see there at the lower-half portion of your screen, identified by the number 2109.
So, this does include everything that you see here on the table before me. You're obviously gonna get these two U-bolts and then, you're going to get four washers. And I've got two on each side of the U-bolt here. And then, four nuts, and again, two on each side. So, I just have the hardware loosely mounted there just so you can see where that's going to go.
And let me retrieve my ruler here just to give you some overall measurements, just to give you the further confidence that this is going to work for you. So, measuring the overall height of the U-bolt, we're sitting right at 5 7/8 inches tall. If you're wondering about that thread length, we're sitting right at 2 1/2 inches long. And then, the thread pitch is 3/8 of an inch by 16 course thread. And then, the overall width of the U-bolt, we're right at five inches.
So, this hardware is exactly like the hardware that you are needing to replace. This is the direct replacement from Stromberg Carlson, so what that means for you is you can trust that it's going to fit right in place of the original. You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that. So, if you are needing to replace the hardware used to mount your Stromberg Carlson bumper-mounted tire carrier to your bumper, this is going to be exactly what you need. Well, that's going to wrap up our real brief time today.

Replaces the U-bolts and nuts used to attach Stromberg Carlson bumper-mounted tire carrier (TR-1) to your bumper.Just what I needed for my Forest River R-Pod in order to install a 2" receiver plate for a bike rack. The bolts that came with the receiver were too large to fit under the trailer box next to the 4" bumper. These did the trick!
Exactly as described. They fit around the RV travel trailer bumper and show to be of top quality.
Perfect U bolts for 4" RV bumpers. I used these to mount a small storage box on rear bumper. Worked great.

These were just what I needed to mount some Jerry-Can holders to a trailer bumper.

I really cant give a 1 year review because they were only used, to mount the Jerry-can holders on a rented trailer, for a 1 month trip. But, I can say they worked great for our trip going up through Canada, over the Al-Can Highway into Alaska, on to Denali NP, down to Anchorage, then back to Haines, AK, then took the Ferry Alaskan Marine Hwy to Bellingham, Washington and back home. It was a great trip. I now have them for future use.
After confirming the correct size and application through the Q & A, ordering was easy. Arrived on time and appropriately packaged. I will order from eTrailer again.

Excellent u-bolts. Used them on trailer bumper (4x4) to attach spare tire carrier.
Fit perfectly. Took quite a long time to get here in relation to other services. The photo showed lock washers, but came with the plastic lock nut inserts instead.
