Rubber Grommet and Pigtail for Peterson 2" Round Trailer Lights - Flush Mount

Today we're going to take a look at the Peterson grommet and two prong PL10 plug pig tail for two inch round LED clearance light. Now the rubber grommet and this pig tail plug is for flush mount insulation of two inch round LED clearance lights. You can see on the grommet it does have an open back for easy wire access. And when you do insert your light in here it gives you shock protection and extend the life of the light. Overall dimension on the grommet from edge to edge is right at two and three quarter inches. To install this it does require a 2 and 5/16 mounting hole.

And just to show you, I happen to pull one of the two inch red clearance lights. As you an see it's made to pop right into the grommet just like that. And when we need to remove it we just pop it right out.Let me show you the backing, see it gives you access to the plug. Then it just pops right out of the grommet also. Now it does offer this two prong PL10 plug with it to plug into the back of the light.

And then the pig tail wires are wired into your trailer. The white wire has a ring terminal on it, that's for your ground. Black wire is for your power. Total wire length on the leads here is about six inches. But that should do it for the review on the Peterson grommet and two prong PL10 plug pig tail for two inch round LED clearance lights..
