Features:
The Trail Doc is a handy bike repair and maintenance stand that attaches to the front of the NV 2.0 Base platform rack and on the Tri Doc stand. It holds your bike by the seat post or top tube and lets you position your bike as needed for adjustments and on-the-go repairs. Easy-to-use pressure clamps let you raise or lower the stand, rotate it on its base, and rotate the clamp arm. It installs easily on the front of the 2-bike rack, but can be removed and reinstalled to the front of the add-on when you're using the full 4-bike rack. The Trail Doc is attached to the rack with a 10 mm bolt. It includes a cap for the housing if you prefer to use the rack without it.

Both are welcomed additions for my frequent rides in the Boise Foothills. The assembly of each were done within 30 minutes or less. Install was easy - essential tools provided with kit, instructions very easy to follow (AND thank you for the install video!). Product is high quality - what you'd expect from Kuat and etrailer - and exactly as advertised. Thank you. You guys are the best!
etrailer.com was able to provide me this accessory when another vendor sent me the wrong bike carrier and wanted me to repack and send the entire kit back before I could get the right item. They then told me it would be 8-12 weeks before I got this accessory from the factory to make the kit be the correct one. Instead I noticed etrailer.com had the Trail Doc exactly what I needed in stock to complete the incorrectly sent bike rack from a different vendor. I spoke with Lori on the phone at etrailer.com and she set me up with expedited shipping to insure I got it in a timely manner - great customer service!! That's not the end of the story!! Unfortunately when the box arrived it was damaged in transit and the plug for the accessory was missing. I contacted Lori and she was immediately on top of making this right. She got with the supplier and they directly sent me the missing piece at no charge and sent two of them for free!! I have read many excellent reviews about etrailer.com and how they take care of their customers. No doubt this order was handled way above and beyond what a person could ever ask for. Thanks to etrailer.com on how they take care of business but even a bigger shout out to Lori for her persistence to take care of my order from start to finish. Great job Lori you made my experience one I won't forget!!

Great add on for the NV 2.0 base. Always useful to have a portable bike stand for that quick tune up before hitting a trail.
Great addition, I got the base 2.0 just because I liked the matte black the most but definitely wanted the trail doc. Thanks etrailer for having part readily available!
