They offer competitive pricing and solid customer service after realizing I initially ordered the wrong part! The one reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because etrailer didn't package my items properly and some got scrapped during transit. Hopefully they will improve their processes especially shipping multiple items in the same box.
Great selection I had broken parts to my Thule Hitch carrier and they had everything I needed
CHECK YOUR RACK - Don't rely on the description. Our rack's trays were facing the opposite direction, so in fact, the other tray (tem # 7524703001) is what we actually needed. Working on en expedited replacement. Part seems legit and quality, shipping was excellent (thus far), but just the wrong part.

Replacement part worked perfectly - very easy to remove the old one and mount the new one. Make sure to have the change key to swap out the lock

Purchased used. Product was in good condition and was delivered quickly without any issues. Unfortunately, it did not include a key for the cable lock, otherwise I would have rated 5 starts.
Perfect and arrived one day early. Just a reminder to keep your screws and end cap when removing the old assembly since you will need them when you install the new.
I will definitely spread the word that your expertise and Thule products are "PRO"!

Im sorry to see that your hitch has received some scratches on it due to shipping. This does tend to happen and when it does, we recommend using a Rust-oleum type paint to cover up any scratches and prevent corrosion in the future during use. I have a link below for your reference. I have also sent this information over to our Customer Service Department for them to get into contact with you.
