If the fork spread is more than 21mm then you'd want to use the plastic inserts for a 9mm quick skewer axle. If this is still not wide enough for the form spread of your bike, the rack is not compatible. In which case, I'd recommend the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack part # TH598004.
