Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement wheel for a Dutton-Lainson Trailer Jack. This fits model numbers 6814, 6815, and 6851. Capacity of the unit is 1,250 pounds. The diameter of the wheel, measuring edge-to-edge, that's outer diameter. It's going to be around six inches. The width of the wheel, it's going to measure around two inches.
Now that's the area that makes contact with the ground. It does come with brand new hardware, so you're going to get your bushing, a bolt, and a locknut. Now without the bushing installed, this hole right here in the wheel gives us a diameter of about five-eighths of an inch. If we install the bushing, it's going to reduce that diameter to a half inch. The bolt from the bottom of the bolthead to the end of the threaded portion is going to measure about three and three-sixteenths of an inch to three and one-quarter inches. And the bolthead itself measures three-quarters of an inch.
So it'll accept a three-quarter inch wrench or socket. That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement wheel for a Dutton-Lainson Trailer Jack.

My purchase arrived in just a few days after ordering. I received exactly what the description of the product proclaimed. I made a bushing out of 1/2 inch copper pipe to take up some of the slack in the center hole (which I knew I had to do)and had the project completed in 20 minutesThis was a small purchase this time but I have had others with exactly the same results. This product has performed as advertised. We have a fairly heavy tongue on the trailer and this tire has held up well. The stock tire that came with the tongue jack cracked under pressure. This is a solid replacement.

- Replacement Jack Wheel Recommendation for Pro Series JackThe correct replacement wheel for the Caster part # PS1400750340 that you referenced is the part # F6811S00. The Dutton Lainson Wheel part # DL22411 is dimensionally the same. It is 6 inches in overall diameter with a center hole diameter of 1/2 inch. It has a capacity that is 50 lbs more than the Pro Series so it would be slightly stronger. As long as you aren't overloaded either wheel they both should work just fine though.
