I have a couple of options for replacement wheels for your Shelby Industries 5876 Jack but we do not have an exact replacement nor could I find one online. I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Dutton-Lainson replacement jack wheel item # DL22411 and took some measurements. The hub to hub outside width, which is the widest part of the wheel, is 2-7/16". The wheel part that actually makes contact with the ground is 2 inches wide. It is 6" tall and has a 1/2" bore.
The Replacement 6" Poly Wheel for Bulldog Jacks item # BD0917501S00 is another possible option. It is a 6" diameter wheel with a 5/8" center hole and is 2" wide.
If these don't end up working for you and you just want to replace the jack I recommend the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack - Bolt On - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,200 lbs item # FTJ12000101.
