Availability of Long Bunk Boards and Roller Bunks for 22-Foot Boat Trailer

Where can i find 10 - 11 foot bunk boards? I have 22.4 foot Lowe deck boat and there are only two cross members in the trailer frame to support the bunk boards. So two 5 footer will not work. i was hoping to replace the wooden ones with metal and rollers.

If you need longer bunks for your trailer you can fabricate them using lumber you source locally along with marine-grade carpet. We offer this carpet in various size rolls, the longest of which is # CE11349 that measure 18-feet long x 18-inches wide.

If you prefer to use metal roller bunks for easier winching you can use several sets of the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk # DL21741 which are 5-feet long. These are the longest roller bunks we offer.

Two 12 foot long bunks boards will work well to support your 21 foot boat. Ideally, the bunk boards should be at least half as long as your boat and run from the stern (or a few inches beyond it) to the bow as far forward as you like. Due to shipping…

Sounds like you are trying to build a shoreline ramp like what you see in the picture I attached. For a flat bottomed boat like yours you could use roller bunks like part #DL21741 with them laying totally flat on the ramp and they would work fine.
