Available Lengths of Boat Trailer Roller Bunks

Question:

do bunk rollers come 6ft long

Expert Reply:

The only roller bunks we carry, see link, come in 4 and 5 foot lengths. They can be cut to the lengths needed though. So for example if you needed a 9 foot section you could get 2 of the 5 foot models and cut off 12 inches of one to get 9 feet.

For a 6 foot section you could buy three 4-foot sections # DL21754 and cut one in half so you would end up with 6 feet on each side.

My tracker trailer has welded T brackets welded to the rear and mid cross frames with the board bunks bolted to the brackets from underneath the boards. The brackets are 72” apart and the board bunks are about 80” long. What size roller bunks would I need if I removed the wood board bunks ? Or what size roller bunks would I need if I opted to bolt them directly to the existing boards? Thanks.

I would definitely go with the longer 5 foot sets like the Dutton-Lainson # DL21755.
