I got your direction on bleeding the system with screw driver or 2x4. But was wondering if i can use a hand vacuum brake tool I have similar to Hand Vacuum Pump Brake Bleeder Item # PTW87030

Yes, you will want to flush out all your old dirty brake fluid from your lines and master cylinder. You can use the Hand Vacuum Pump Brake Bleeder # PTW87030 to do this but in my experience I find it best to use the manual method using the 2x4 to be the best way to quickly push out the old fluid. A Bleeder # ALL648591 makes it possible to do the flush without a 2nd person.
