I have a great hitch solution for you. However, the Draw-Tite - 2-1/2" DT32MR does not fit your 2020 Dodge Ram 5500.
With that being said, we do have a great 2-1/2" hitch solution for you. That is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V Commercial Duty # C15800. Not only does this hitch provide you with 2,700 pounds of maximum tongue weight capacity and 20,000 pounds of maximum gross towing weight capacity, it also comes with a higher-quality gloss outer coat that provides you with better rust/corrosion resistance than Draw-Tite hitches. The hitch comes with all hardware required for installation.
As far as fitment, the Curt hitch is compatible with your frame as long as it measures 34" wide outside to outside. I recommend measuring your frame to make sure it fits this parameter.
