I would be happy to help!
While there is not a custom fit trailer hitch receiver for your 1998 Blue Bird TC2000 your best option is going to be going with a universal heavy duty trailer hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07 with 7" tall mounting brackets, or the # 41990-16 with 16" tall mounting brackets.
These options fit frames between 18-44" wide which should be perfect for the frame on your vehicle. You will need to have a qualified welder weld the hitch to the frame of your TC2000.
Both hitches have a 1600lb tongue weight rating and 16000lb trailer weight rating but your vehicle may not so you will want to check the owner's manual of your vehicle and use the lower tow rating between the hitch and vehicle.
In addition to a trailer hitch you will also need to add a trailer connector to be able to tow your 2005 Ford Mustang. I recommend the # C58044 for a 4-way connector, and if you need a 7-way connector instead you will need the 4-way connector and the # ETBC7.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
