Hitch Recommendation to fit an RV Frame that is 27 inches Apart

My frame Rails are 27inch apart. Will your #38208 fit my rails? Can it be bolted? Thanks,

The Super Titan 4000 Trailer Hitch # 38208 that you referenced requires the vehicle it gets installed on to have frame members that are between 34 and 34-1/2 inches apart.
It probably doesn't have a high enough capacity for you application, but the Curt hitch part # C13701 can fit frames that are from 18 to 51 inches apart and has the following capacities:
Maximum gross trailer weight: 5,000 lbs, Maximum GTW when used with weight distribution: 6,000 lbs
Maximum tongue weight: 500 lbs, Maximum TW when used with weight distribution: 600 lbs
