Bike Rack Recommendation for 2021 Jeep Wrangler with Spare Tire and Backup Camera

Im looking for a trailer hitch that will clear my tire on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler and not block the backup camera any suggestions?

I believe you're asking about a bike rack since all of the trailer hitches that fit your 2021 Jeep Wrangler won't interfere with either the spare tire or backup camera. If you don't already have a hitch then I recommend the etrailer # e98856 because it has a longer receiver tube and a matte black finish so it will help give you extra clearance while looking stylish in the process.
When we installed this trailer hitch on a 2020 Wrangler with the standard factory tire we found from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest edge of the bumper to measure 8" (see attached install video). Obviously this will vary depending on your tire size.
The best option for what you're needing is the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # KU84FR if you combine it with the Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender # PVP20B. The Transfer V2 has a unique U-Shape design which is meant to help make loading/unloading bikes easier, but this also helps to give the most view out of a backup camera. The extender allows the bike rack to fit plus it gives you the ability to swing the rack away for complete access to your rear cargo area. Please note that the swing away will reduce the weight rating of your trailer hitch by 50%.
Keep in mind that any rear mounted bike rack is going to have some interference with your backup camera - The Transfer V2 is just spaced out a little more so it's easier to see through.
