Yes, the Titan Premier Disc Brake Kit # T2HRCM10DAC will work as a starting point to upgrade your existing drum brakes to Disc on your 1995 Caulkins Boat Trailer. This Kit is Dacromet-plated to help resist corrosion and includes the hub/rotors, calipers, mounting brackets and hardware for the mounting brackets. You will need the Bearings # L44649 and # L68149, and Grease Seal # 58846 to complete the axle portion for this kit.

I recommend using the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R35S as it uses all stainless steel rotors, calipers, mounting brackets and hardware for the best in salt water corrosion resistance. Best of all the rotors are separate from the hub if you ever need to replace parts. You will need the Stainless Steel Kodiak Trailer Hub # KH84545S, Bearings # L44649 and # L68149, and Grease Seal # 58846 to complete the axle portion of the installation.

The Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # 15TA-BLKIT is made of high quality rubber with brass fittings and stainless steel flares. This makes it better than using steel lines that will corrode from the salt water. The main line in this kit is 15', if you need a longer line please let me know so I can recommend the correct length kit for your Caulkins Boat Trailer.

The Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T4747200 will work with the new disc brakes as they require a higher hydraulic pressure. This has the 2-5/16" ball coupler that you are needing.
