Recommended Trailer Hitch For 2020 Honda CR-V That Is Compatible With Hands Free Lift Gate Sensor
Question:
Do you have a 1 1/4inch hitch, class II that fits my 2020 Hybrid with hatch lift sensor?

I do have an option for you, but all of the 1-1/4" receivers for your 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid all require the hands free lift sensor relocation kit from your local Honda dealer to be able to retain the use of your sensor.
If you are dead set on the 1-1/4" receiver I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12169 and the relocation kit .
The option I personally recommend is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848 which does not require the relocation kit, and you can use it with your 1-1/4" accessories by using the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" # HT02. This is the option I recommend as it does not require the relocation kit, and allows you to easily use an accessory with a 2" or 1-1/4" shank.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
