We have suspension systems similar to the Moryde that I can give you dimensions for. These systems aren't designed to give you and increased height although they may add a couple inches depending on the height of the equalizers you are replacing.
The Lippert Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers for Tandem Axle - 6K to 8K # LC279688 are similar to the CRE3000 system. They will give you 5 inches from the center bolt to the shackle strap locations. I've attached a picture to help.
Another suspension option is the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System by Dexter Axle - 7-3/4" Equalizers # K71-653-00. This system will cushion the ride but won't add height to the trailer. I've added a picture of dimensions.
To add height to a system you will want to use an over-under kit like # K71-385-00. This can be used with trailer suspension systems like those listed above.
