Since your hubs are for 5200-lb axles and you've confirmed that you do have a 3" diameter axle, you'll need the Redline 5 Bolt Flange # 4-44-1 . You should know, if you don't already, that brake flanges need to be welded perfectly concentric. For that reason we generally recommend that the work be done by an experienced trailer shop that has the required jig.
To add brakes to your axles you'll need a couple additional parts- brakes and a hub and drum assembly. For brakes I recommend the Self-Adjusting Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA which fit 12" drums for 5200 to 7000-lb axles. This kit comes with both the right and left brake assemblies. You'll also need to replace the hubs you currently have if they're idler hubs with no drums; I recommend using the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-201-5UC3 which uses a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern which matches your current pattern.
You may also need a few other things for your new trailer setup. You can use the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 to install a 7 way connector on your vehicle and Trailer Wiring 7-way Upgrade Kit # ET7WK to add a 7 way connector to your trailer (comes with junction box, butt connectors and ring terminals included). If you need a breakaway kit, I recommend the Tekonsha Push-To-Test Breakaway Kit # 50-85-313 , which comes with a 12v rechargeable battery.
If you need to add a brake controller, I recommend going with the Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160 which is a proportional brake controller that adds the ability to control the new electric brakes you're installing on your vehicle. This kit comes with a wiring adapter designed to plug directly into the factory wiring under the dash of your 2013 FJ Cruiser (vehicle specific installation video linked).
For any additional wiring you may need, you can use # 10-2-1 (10 gauge) , # 12-1-1 (12 gauge) , # DW02412-1 (14 gauge) which are both sold by the foot.
