Best Backup/Observation Camera System for a 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty and 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
2017 Ford F250 Super Duty Looking for a bluetooth capable RV backup camera that will work with my existing Samsung bluetooth capable or Microsofy Surface tablets. Camera will be used for two setups: used for rear facing bed view lookinch when hooking up the 5th wheel then... moved to rear of trailer for parking at camp site... *** love it if it had audio/microphone capabilities... *** and could be left oninch when driving for rear view road conditions. *** AND had multiple camera support for side mounted cameras also for road view situations. Ya, I know... wishful thinking... Hate to have to buy TWO cameras. You have a bed-view cam kit which looks great but can I combine these needs into a single system!!

I have the perfect option for you in the the Rear View Safety WiFi Hitch Backup Camera System part # RVS-83112-WIFI. The reason that the Rear View Safety WiFi Hitch Backup Camera System is the perfect option for you is because it can be used with either tablet, is battery powered so you can move it from the truck to the trailer, and it can be left on for use as an observation system. This is one of the only systems we have to my knowledge that meets all three of these requirements. The two things it does not have that you were looking for is a microphone and side cameras.
The other option you have is to use the Truck Bed Cargo Camera for 8" Factory Monitor part # 3460001 in order to monitor the hitch while coupling the trailer and then use a separate observation system on the rear of the trailer for which I recommend the Furrion RV Observation Camera System w/ Monitor and Bracket part # FOS05TASF with the Furrion Vision S Side Camera w/ Marker Light Bracket part # FCE48TASL. This system is wireless so there is no data cable between the camera and monitor, has side cameras for an increased view of your trailer, can be used as an observation system, and has a microphone for sound. This system is so highly rated that it is the same one used by most OEM's as a factory installed backup/observation system.
