Hello neighbors, Stephen here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a replacement flange bushing for your Thule, or SportRack bike racks. Now folks, this simply replaces one of the flange bushing that came pre-installed in your Thule or SportRack bike rack. It works great as a guide for the assembly carriage bolts and it works with the Thule revolver, the T2, and the SportRack Ridge bike racks. I'll put the item numbers on the screen for reference. And getting some dimensions here.
So overall, including the flange itself, this guy is one inch in diameter, about a half inch tall. Now the smaller part up here without the bottom flange, I got about three quarters of an inch in diameter. And the hole itself is a half inch hole. And as far as a height without the flange, I got about three eighths inches tall on that center part there. So again, folks, one quantity, one replacement, flange bushing for the Thule or SportRack bike racks.

I would say that most weekends my wife and I are going somewhere with our bikes on the Thule T4 rack, and all the miles and bouncing with 2-4 bikes on the rack has taken it's toll on the pivot points. I am so glad that etrailer has these bushings to rebuild the Sportworks/Thule bike rack. These racks are extremely well made and will outlast most cars on the road today, but like anything else mechanical it will need maintenance from time to time. Thule does not even sell these bushings for their own product, so THANK YOU etrailer for stocking these to tighten up our 4 bike rack.
Purchased some replacement parts for my 10 year old T2 Thule rack and brought it back to life! New swing arms for 29in tires with locks and new bushings have made all the difference. Easy installation and replacement and quick turn around from etrailer.

This was a great replacement for the failed bushings on my Thule bike rack. It is now operating back to new! Definitely will buy from etrailer again when the bushings wear out...and yes, they will wear out again.
