Manual Jacks to Lift a 2008 Bronco Polarino Truck Bed Camper

Question:

Hello I need to move a 2008 fiberglass bronco polarino. The back legs broke by prior owner damaging some fiberglass of body. I was thinking of buying and using these to get it up on my ford f 250 and permanently remove the electric corner ones. I will fix cosmetics at a later time. Camper weight is 1600 pounds so is a pair of these going to be fine? Also what balances this it says only two needed? Also can you link how I can tie this down to my 2017 Ford F-250? This is for an immediate haul job. Thank you

Brophy Cable Camper Jacks - 67" Max Lift Height - 3,000 lbs - Qty 2 Item # CJ74 will work great with your 1,600 pound truck bed camper. Just make sure that the 67 inch maximum lift height is enough to get the camper into the truck bed.

The brackets that lift the camper are 21-1/2 inches long so when properly placed at the center of gravity on the camper it will be balanced. It is recommended to have 2 people when operating the jacks so they lift evenly.

For tie downs we have custom options and some "universal" options. For the custom ones I have included a link below. You will need to choose the configuration of your truck from the drop down menu on that page to see the ones that will fit your specific version of the 2017 Ford F-250.

For the universal ones we have # HSSF as long as the external bed rail width is no greater than 5-1/2 inches, there is at least 2 inches of space beneath the lip of the bed rail, and the truck does not have a drop-in bed liner, plastic bed rail, double-walled bed, or step-side bed. For these use Brophy Basic Turnbuckles # TDHP.
