We do have several trailer hitches that are designed to fit beneath the factory trailer hitch on a 2007 Dodge Ram. You can use Curt Trailer Hitch # C15704 if you want a 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receiver. Hitch # C15409 has a 2 inch receiver. The recommended ball mount for a 2-1/2 inch hitch is # RP45323, and you can use pin and clip # 37201065. For a ball you can use # A-90 (2 inch diameter) or # 19286 (2-5/16 inch diameter).

For trailer wiring, if your truck has a tow package with a 7-Way but you want to convert it to a 4-Way, you can use Part # 118381. If the truck does not have any trailer wiring, you can use Upgraded Circuit Protected Taillight Converter Hardwire Kit, # 119178KIT. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation of this harness for reference.
