I have a couple of jacks that I can recommend for you, but at this time we do not have a pipe mount jack available with the option of a caster wheel.

The first and best fit would be the Bulldog Rack-and-Gear Jack with Steel Wheel - Weld On/ Bolt On - 16 inch Lift - 750 lbs, item # BD162300, which has a angle mounting plate that is 3-1/2 inches tall by 1-3/4 inches wide. If the fact that this jack does not swivel up out of the way is acceptable, it would be your best bet.

The second is the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack, Dual 7 inch Wheels, Sidewind, Weld-On - 1,600 lbs, item # F1413060334, the mounting bracket on this jack is larger, at 5-3/4 inches wide by 4-3/4 iches tall and you would have to do some creative welding to secure it to the trailer frame, which would not look so good in the end, most likely. This is the closest size swivel jack that I have that might work for your trailer.

Your Bulldog Round Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack with pin attachable wheel should do what I need. Two are required. My Norwood sawmill with integral trailer has six swivel jacks for adjustable level support at log sawing site. My tractor tows this trailer in and out of a fairly large storage garage with smooth concrete floor. When I back the trailer (portable bandsaw sawmill) into the garage, I want to remove the front two plate bottom jacks from their 2 1/2" female mounts and substitute your castor fitted swivel jacks. After I disconnect the trailer from the tractor, I can push the trailer into the best storage location by hand. Your two jacks at the tongue end of trailer will work with the trailer wheels to make a balanced and mobile rig for indoor parking. Can we do this? Ideally, there are 11 to 12 inches below the female side supports for the jacks to the floor when the trailer is level.

As long as the 750 pound capacity of each of the Bulldog # BD162300 is sufficient for the portion of trailer these need to support and the dimensions line up to what you need (which it sounds like they do) these should work great for this application.
