Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a real quick look at this power cord with a 90 degree plug for Kats heaters frost plug block heaters. Now, this five foot-long cord has a 90 degree molded plug for connecting to your Kats heaters frost plug-style engine block heater. And this is going to be great for tight spaces. This is compatible with 120 volt block heaters that have the three-prong plugs and it connects to the heater with the 90 degree molded female end. So I have an example here of a frost plug-style engine block heater from Kats heaters.
So as you can see, that plugs right into place just like that. So it's going to not be a hassle at all to plug that in as long as you have that connection. And you're just going to simply then route this cord through your grill and plug it into your standard 120 volt AC outlet or extension cord. This is CSA approved, it is made here in the USA and this cord is good up to 100 and, I'm sorry, 1,200 watts in an amperage up to 10 amps. And this cord is constructed of 18 gauge wire.
Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

I was able to determine the wired plug on heater was defective but the heater element itself was OK. This replacement power cord from etrailer replaced the original perfectly and saved me the time and labor of draining the block and replacing the plug itself. Plugged it in when repaired and immediately started to make heat. Very satisfied with this replacement cord!!
Awesome. It was quick fix and inexpensive for me.
