After using this cord less than a year, there is a short in the wire somewhere. It will not work unless my husband twists and turns it to get it to make contact. Sometimes he is able to do that quickly and other times it takes quite a bit of effort to find just the right twist to make contact. Luckily we won't be having to use it much longer.

It's great be able to move the fan around to where it's needed. Amust have if you own the fan.
