  • Amperage/Wattage Max Input for The Manager30 Battery Management System
The max input amperage the The Manager30 Battery Management System with Lithium Profile # RED88FR can handle is 50 amps which in watts is 600. The input voltage range is between 9 volts and 32 volts for DC or 110 volts for AC. There isn't a set max amount of panels you could use with this but you'd need to stay under 600 watts and you'd be fine. This does use MPPT technology charging.

  • Can I Use The Manager30 Battery Management System with an Automatic Transfer Switch Inverter
Yes. You can use the RedArc The Manager30 Battery Management System with Lithium Profile # RED88FR with an inverter/charger that has an automatic transfer switch. My contact at RedArc mentioned that because the Manager30 is a battery charger working off AC mains (shore) power, you need to ensure this Manager30 AC circuit is ‘only’ supplied via mains power and not inverter power as part of the AC auto transfer. I was able to confirm this with my tech contact at RedArc.

  • RV Charger Recommendation for Solar, Alternator, and Shore for Lithium Battery
What you are looking for Alex is the Redarc Manager30 pat # RED88FR which on the input side can handle solar power, alternator power, and shore power to charge lithium batteries like what you have as well. This will always give your battery the exact charge it needs and would not overcharge!

  • Is Redarc Manager30 Battery Management System Good Choice for Two Lithium Batteries
The The Manager30 Battery Management System with Lithium Profile # RED88FR that you referenced is correct for your application. It works with your type of batteries and puts out enough amperage to keep them charged as well. A 30 amp charge on a 12 volt battery is a very solid charge. The batteries will still charge very quickly with 30 amps ran to them. Most battery chargers don't supply a fraction of that. This only is designed to charge batteries and does not supply AC power to the...

  • Max Wire Gauge That The Manager30 Battery Management System Uses
6 gauge wire does translate to 13.3 mm and the nearest cable size of 16 mm. The # RED88FR states it can handle up to a 10 mm2 wire which is actually 7 gauge so that would be the max wire gauge to use.

  • Does The Manager30 Battery Management System Charge Vehicle Battery
The Manager30 Battery Management System # RED88FR will not charge your vehicle's battery from any source, though it will not drain the vehicle battery. The Manager30 will always charge the house battery first from solar, then to the AC Mains, and then the DC vehicle battery; you will never have an issue with your vehicle battery running out of power using this system. I have added a link to a video review for you to take a look at as well.

Your best option is the The Manager30 Battery Management System with Lithium Profile # RED88FR. • How to Keep Lithium Battery on Camper Charged from Truck Alternator
If you have an alternative way to adequately charge your new lithium battery on your RV when it is not in transit, the amperage drop due to the lower gauge wires on your won't really matter and will still provide you with a sufficient trickle charge from your alternator; this also will not harm your alternator in doing this. With that being said, if you don't have a sufficient charging source for this battery, you'll need to use something like the RedArc Manager30 Battery Manager # RED88FR...

  • What Size Battery Bank Is Needed for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System
I spoke with Lippert about the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System part # LC358590 and they informed me that the most important aspect is that the battery/batteries are sufficiently charged, between 12.4 to 12.6 volts. That said, the size of battery/battery bank needed is going to vary based on several other factors so it would difficult to estimate this. However, the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System does not draw power constantly...

  • How Many House Batteries Do I Need for My Solar System
You'll need to add at minimum 1 battery and you could add as many as 3 since solar systems of this size typically recommend between 4-6 house batteries to store all of the power produced by almost 800w of solar panels. For reference, the Go Power Solar AE-6 All Electric System with 2 MPPT Solar Controllers - 1,140 Watt Solar Panels # 342-75011 you were looking at recommends between 4 and 8 batteries for use with that system. The other thing you might want to consider is getting an active...

  • Does The Progressive Dynamics 1000 Watt Inverter # PD94FR Detect The Battery Type Connected?
The Progressive Dynamics 1000 Watt Inverter # PD94FR is not able to automatically detect the type of battery it is connected to. There is also not a switch which allows you to tell the Inverter if you are connected to either lithium or a lead acid battery. It would be best to integrate the inverter with a Battery Management System # RED88FR so you can protect your lithium batteries by disconnecting power when it reaches a certain state of charge.

From what you're saying you're trying to have 6 batteries total (2 original lead acid batteries + 4 - 12v 100ah batteries as a separate battery bank). Unfortunately you won't be able to charge the lead acid batteries with the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger - Lithium - 12V - 60 Amps Item # PD9160ALV since it's designed for lithium batteries. • AGM Battery Charging Recommendation Between Smart Charger or Solar Panel
If your trailer is going to be parked near an outlet when you aren't using it then a smart charger will be more cost-effective and still sufficiently charge your battery, but if your trailer isn't near an outlet then you'll need to go with solar panels. Yes, the The Manager30 Battery Management System with Lithium Profile # RED88FR takes place of the solar controller for your current solar panel system.
