Today we're taking a quick look at the replacement cover for Solera awnings. This is going to be a direct replacement from Lippert components for that drive head front cover, comes in black. It's going to attach via the two holes here that our screws will go into. The hole at the top for our drive shaft to go into. So it's going to replace that, get us back out and working with our awning with it protected from the elements.This comes with a single cover for the front. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the cover snaps on, so relatively easy to remove or get knocked off. Great service and quick delivery from eTrailer.
Item was delivered as described and fit like it should have. The cover would be a better product for the consumer if it came as a complete kit, with the screws and rubber grommet that is required for a proper replacement and installation.
Very simple selection process, and fast replacement and shipping.

Incorrect first order but sent correct one very quickly.
OEM replacement. I personally like to think William be with a trailer for helping me sort of the correct parts to get my awning fixed. His customer service of knowledge was above par and I’ll order for me trailer again because of him.

I paid for a new front cover for the Solera Power RV Awning and it arrived as a used part. It was scratched and scuffed and clearly installed before. I have no objections to having a used part if that was how it was advertised, but I paid for a new product. Functionally, it works but it doesn't look good. , the idler cover was in new condition, but the power head cover has clearly been used or at least cosmetically damaged.

Keep in mind there are two small screws going into the plastic housing, so brushing up against tree branches will knock this off. I reinforced the cover with black gorilla tape.
It fit like a glove. However, future sales should include screws and grommet cover.
Shipment was quick and delivered timely.
The fit was iffy at best. The specified Rubber Weather Grommet did not want to fit properly, but could be forced into staying put. Then when the awning motor started acting up, the location and size of the access hole was off such that the specified socket could not be placed on the drive nut. Ended up having to use a box ended wrench. Not a happy camper at that point.
